The 99ers, were some of the first to lose their jobs through no fault of their own and have, because of any number of adverse reasons, not been able to find gainful or useful employment and have seen their unemployment benefits and successive extensions expire.Americans caught in this struggle, have suffered evictions, home foreclosures, & car repossessions.

Ok; I think that by now I have defined the problem well enough for you to see that there are a lot of people suffering and are in dire straits!
But if I left it that, all I would be doing is perpetuating the gloom and doom that we see everywhere already. I chose to highlight the Problem so that I could put a magnifying glass on the SOLUTION!
